To request HPS Card or Tag, please submit the following information via email to tags@hdocardsystems.com or fill-out the form below. Please include your name, company name, address, phone, shipping address, shipping method - FedEx ground, overnight, etc., (shipping for Heartland reps. will be bill to Hartland).
Also, please let us know if the cards or tags are for testing purposes or demo purposes. If the card or tag required standard industry encoding (IATA and ABA) - please let us know the encoding information.
